Did you know?: In Austria there are 11 species of the Ophion genera. These are very difficult to determine on pictures alone.

They are Koinobiont endoparasitoids on butterflies, which means they live inside butterfly caterpillars without killing them - until the wasp either pupates or becomes an adult.
